One of the better Penn Stations I've been to, food was spot on and store was clean and music wasn't blaring like other stores.
5/11/2025, TL;DR They tried twice and succeeded once at shorting my order. No one involved cared, offered an apology or sympathized with the situation. Long version This usually this is a good place to easily pick up online orders. I go once a month or so. Tonight it was horrible. Arrived at pick up time, and woman at register/pick up said it wasn't ready yet. No big deal. Proceeded to wait. 10min go by. Not sure if the cook knows what he’s doing. Sandwich was dry. Tasted like a greasy burnt grill. Fries were great. Surface at the counter was a little bit blonde rude. Kind of like what do you want? I hate my job. Don’t wanna be here. Environment not very clean. Should’ve known better. Not many cars parked outside with people crammed. Waiting to get inside advice just don’t. Chick-fil-A is right down the street through my food out went there instead.
