Worst place ever the managers are rudest woman I’ve ever met. She looked like she was going to have a complete yelling attack on customers told me she didn’t give a shit if I like the food or not, and she was so loud everybody in the store heard her not cool. She needs to get a different job where she don’t be around people.

I have not had Penn Station in a long time, and this location is a good reminder as to why I don't eat here, the one in Troy, Ohio anyway. First, walked in and the manager wasn't even in uniform, a skimpy tank top. Unacceptable as a manager in my opinion. The young lady who was working as well, acted as is if she was not happy with her job, or perhaps the manager. I can understand why if it's the 2nd reason.
