I hate posting this because I rarely ever leave negative reviews but this was just so bad. We walked in to order and you could just tell by the amount of people waiting for food and the attitudes of the employees it was going to be rough. We ordered, paid for our food, couldn't get a receipt because the manager walked away (at least we think she was the closing manager by how she was talking to others), and we sat down and waited. Penn station used to be my favorite. The philly steak is now a joke. Expect mostly bread with a little bit of steak. Not worth almost $20 for a large.
This place will mess up your order and then argue about it. This is the second time in a row. 8/28/2026 Love when the manager looks at you like you're the one working behind the counter at a fast food chain and made the mistake. Add in the dude walking around chewing on a straw dragging his feet everywhere. Does an actually Penn Station rep visit this place,
Drove to Troy just to get Penn Station. Ordered a grilled sub and not even toasted. French fries were double well done and they didn’t put in the cheese sauce I paid for.
