I ordered my food online, had my daughter go in and pickup the order. She said they couldn't find it. I parked, went in, and the girl working said she didn't have my order maybe their system was down. She asked to see my receipt (kinda sturnly), I pulled up my receipt from my email and showed her. She then asked if I could look in my bank account and see if it went thru. Almost like she was trying to call me out. I pulled up my account and there it was, Penn Station $29.96. Pain station is fire! The food is reasonably priced and the portions are hefty. I always get the Philly cheese steak and it is dank! The fries are always on point and they have fresh lemonade too.

Called in a to go order and arrived 8 minutes later, waited almost 15 minutes just to be helped and cash out while 5 other groups ordered food at the front. Finally get helped, wait another 10 minutes and watch everyone that ordered well after me get their food. So I had to ask for help to check on my food which was sitting there the entire time.. I mentioned that my food was cold as I’m holding it in my hand and a worker said “it’s not cold man it can sit there up to an hour warm”….. are you serious? Do better Penn station.... read more

Wont be back , ordered online , still had to wait for food to be made , food was SO SALTY my wife and i couldnt even manage to TRY and eat it.... the trash can ate it though 1/10 wouldnt reccomend 22$ down the drain ... So if a man makes 22$ an hour , he worked an hour of his life for that meal , just for it to be poor quality Workers were friendly , no hard feelins towards em No one caused any issues Food just aint no good
