Order my food with tomatoes and lettuce. And requested hot fries since I seen fries sitting in the fry bin not knowing how long they have been sitting there because when I got there they didn't have any orders that they were asking at that time. Received the kids meal without the tomatoes and lettuce and the cookie was in with the fries that melted chocolate over some of the fries. We didn't get fresh fries as requested. I go to many different Penn Station locations and just out of the ones here in Dayton, the Linden Avenue location has to be the best. The group of girls that work in here are top notch and run it like a well-oiled machine. The food is always on point, the staff is very friendly, and it’s always fast. Even when they are packed, they seem unfazed and continue to execute and provide great service! Come here almost weekly, and have never been disappointed!
my cheese steak was cold, meat was kinda undercooked and they made me wait for the fries and then they were overcooked
