I've only been to this chain a couple times before but thought that the newest nearby location in Mint Hill would be worth a visit. Using a recently acquired coupon, the value was excellent. Essentially got two drinks and two fries free with my paid two sandwiches. Still might be worth the visit at full price. The place looked fine aside from slick floors in the dining area (using the same mop in the dining room as in the back room) It's been 2 years. Worst store tbh. Every time they get a pretty simple order wrong. Just had them remake one for an allergy scare they must not have heard, and the remake was a completely different sandwich. And then I see it has a 91 sanitation rating and it all makes sense. Never coming back to this location.
Overall I had a very good experience. I felt welcomed immediately after entering thanks to Sait. Thank you my friend 🫡. I ordered the limited buffalo chicken sub. I must say that I've had better from other sub shops. That being said I would definitely come back, just wouldn't do the buffalo 🦬 again.
