Don't bother calling in your order. they'll put you on hold, and never come back to the phone. Heard them taking NEW ORDERS while I was still on hold!! Also, Make sure you check your order before you leave bc it's never right!
Really impressed with the quality
It's hard to imagine how the layout of this place could be less efficient. The line dead ends into a corner where everyone has to pay, pickup, get condiments and utensils and drinks in a cramped space. Tables are arranged in a peculiar way that adds to the constricted traffic patterns. The same person who takes your payment has to run food out to tables, causing delays in the line, which is OK because food prep is slow anyway.
