I ordered a grilled club and asked for no tomato and there’s tomato on my sandwich. I also had fries spilled all over the bottom of my bag. When I had called earlier the workers hung up on me and were rude.
Awesome food decent workers
I came here several weeks ago and noticed the sandwich maker taking orders with his gloves on. He was touching the register that was visibly horribly filthy and then making sandwiches with gross gloves. I decided to give it a second chance today although I'm not sure why. THE WORKER WENT STRAIGHT FROM THE BATHROOM WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, AND STARTED PREPPING MY SANDWICH WITH HIS BACTERIA LACED BARE HANDS!!! I placed an online order for pickup at the Solon, Ohio Penn Station, and arrived early.
