Ordered through the app yesterday. The app said my payment didn't go through, but my bank account had been charged. So, my order hadn't processed even though I had paid for it, and I was sure it would be a whole big thing and I'd end up spending lots of time trying to fix it. Went into the restaurant, showed them my order in the app and showed them that I had actually paid for it in my bank app, and surprisingly, they went right ahead and put my order in, no problem, no arguing, nothing. The food is always decent but today I was appalled multiple workers had on beats head phones and kept asking me to repeat what I said as if the head phones making it better. I get being comfortable at work but come on now yall and the manager (I think she was the manager ) just was like oh well. Penn Station has come along way from its original grace.

This is a great location. I freakin love Penn Station, but this one is incredible. The staff is friendly and funny, the food has consistently been as fresh as possible, and the order is right every time. We stop in during work lunch often, and they slam every time. Thanks guys!
