Placed an order for pickup through the Penn station app. The app processed my order and took the money out of my account. Drove all the way to Penn station to find out the store was closed. No way to call anyone regarding the order. No cancel or refund option. The app did not say anything regarding them being closed today. Waste of time.
Found a beard hair in my sandwich...Will never order from here again
