Went in today , Sunday at noon , to get a sub and upon entering there was a woman in line with two screaming kids and another older couple waiting behind her . The girl working the place your order register was trying , and I mean desperately trying , to train a new employee on how to take orders . It seemed the girl training him didn’t really know what even she was doing so it was brutal to watch . I left after waiting awhile and ate somewhere else . First time to the new Penn Station and the food was terrific and the help- Trish, gave the absolute best customer service that I have had in a long time! She was so wonderful! What an Asset to this restaurant! I will definitely be returning! Five star plus!
