Apparently we are not alone in our experiences with the service at this Penn Station. Very unfortunate because we really like the food.

This place was disgusting . Filthy dirty inside. When you walk on the floor you stick to it. Crumbs, food droppings all over the place. The tables were filthy dirty. The high chairs and booster seats weren’t cleaned my daughter had to asked to have them cleaned. I had to wipe off our table that was sticky. In fact, we just left didn’t eat inside because it was so gross. When we walked out the door we threw our lunch in the garbage that I spent $53.00 on because we were afraid to eat it.
