Says online that they’re open till 10 PM on Fridays. We got here at 7:33pm on 10/9/26. We walked in and were immediately told that they were closed and that we needed to leave. When I walked back out, I looked at the door again and they had taped a piece of paper on the door, saying that they close at eight. We got here at 7:33 PM. Ended up leaving anyway, because I didn’t want to stay and have my sandwich made like crap even if I got them to make it. Two younger ladies work in night.

Ordered three subs. Two came out wraps. When we explained we had ordered subs there was no apology just grabbed our food rudely and threw it in the counter. She took the meat out of the wrap threw it in a bun and slammed the food back on our table. Subs were awful! First and last experience at Penn Station. We paid $47 for three reg subs and three drinks. I want a refund! Couldn’t even eat it!

I order a blt with extra bacon and added ham. The first issue is that the bacon isnt thick cut like yal advertise. I didnt get extra bacon and someone didnt feel like spreading the mayo on the sandwich. So no mayo. This is the last time I come here. Very disappointing and the people need to know.
