This is the worst Penn station and will not return. Order is never correct. The cheesesteak was suppose to be a regular. There was barley any steak and also missing all toppings ordered.
Absolutely horrible on packing orders! I placed my order for delivery and on that literal. Wrapping of my sandwich shows what I wanted and the sandwich that I ever received was completely wrong. Clearly no one’s paying attention and it was about an hour before they closed so clearly there’s some rushing issues that are happening as well. Also, I was not issued a refund!!!

Cashier definitely hated her job, took 15 minutes just for the sandwich, which then sat for 10 minutes while they made the fries! The fruit punch was just carbonated water. The fries were so terrible I spit them out while driving home.
