I am a door dash driver, I've actually never eaten Penn Station, but I can say that the workers are friendly, the place is clean & the atmosphere always feels upbeat & positive
On this visit. Staff stated the grill was not working. Food came out cold, and they stated that their was nothing they could do. They did not notify anyone prior to ordering that they couldn't cook food.
