Worst customer service of any Penn Station I have ever been to. If you don't want customers to ask for refills maybe the service should be quicker, and only giving dine in customers refills is a disservice to other Penn Stations that do give refills to ALL paying customers. The locals that have to deal with this is crazy..i was just passing through, but it's she too day off i ever come back this way.. my dollars will go elsewhere.
The whole team was very welcoming and the food was perfect.
