I love penn station and this one's hard to write but I went in to get my sub I had ordered and they was still making it and I watched the cashier put a pair of gloves on then proceed to handle alot of money then immediately grab my sandwich I should had said something but you know how that goes
Got home from getting my takeout and discovered the only things on my sandwich were mayo and bacon. I understand they could have been out of tomato and lettuce, but don’t let your customers leave with mayo-bacon sandwiches. Nobody would want to eat that. Very upset considering this is a costly location to eat out.

I called and ordered food and then went in and picked it up and your employee was very rude and disrespectful
