Called in a carry out order, when getting to the store to pick it up (being already paid for) the lady was extremely rude and demeaning in a way telling us that someone already picked up the order. I visited this location on 2/1 around 8 pm. There were 3 employees there and I was the only customer. I placed my order then sat down to wait. Another customer came in. After sitting for approximately 5 mins, 2 employees went to the office in the back and one went to the restroom. I waited another 5 -10 mins for the employee that went to the bathroom to return to pull my fries up.
