Called in a carry out order, when getting to the store to pick it up (being already paid for) the lady was extremely rude and demeaning in a way telling us that someone already picked up the order. I visited this location on 2/1 around 8 pm. There were 3 employees there and I was the only customer. I placed my order then sat down to wait. Another customer came in. After sitting for approximately 5 mins, 2 employees went to the office in the back and one went to the restroom. I waited another 5 -10 mins for the employee that went to the bathroom to return to pull my fries up. Came in super busy order off the app then the app double charged me asked about that they didn’t have an answer in the time of me being here for an hour waiting for my online order they lost multiple orders and then when I received my order only got half lucky made my sandwich asap but very behind and don’t seem very organized
OMG! I’m up from 3:30 am to now (4:09 am) bcuz I ate Penn Station from the PRP location. My stomach is hosting a boxing match and the toilet is the sponsor apparently! The sandwich had NO seasoning at all! It was bland and disrespectful! Had I tried it before I left, I would have saved money via a refund. My stomach is turning flips right now. Not trying to be rude but I’m sorry Dixie and Crums location as I should have kept driving to your location for thee perfect Philly!

This situation led to significant internal disagreements among staff, highlighting a lack of clear guidance and professional conduct. Nothing was on the grill or the fry station. I'm sitting here as an experiment to see how long it will take them to take care of a customer.
