I love Penn Station but this one in particular i do not recommend. The trash was overflowing in both trash cans. Waited forever on my food and there was only 2 people ahead of me. Fries were cold by the time we got the food. Employees were short staffed, more customers came in and the 2 employees working couldnt keep up. The guy making the sanwiches handed me my subs 1 by 1 instead of all together and seemed inexperienced. I had to tell him that i needed to pay for my food otherwise i would have eaten for free. It took nearly 45 minutes to get our food, when we did the fries were cold, the trash was overflowing, the women's restroom didn't even lock, the floors were awful, most of the tables weren't clean. We needed a bag and wraps to take sandwiches that were supposed to be to-go orders, we never got a bag. I went to my car to get one. I ordered cheese bread, that barely had cheese, no oregano.
