Went in to the restaurant today for the first time. It wont be the last time. The food was amazing and all the employees were so nice. I work very close by and will be a frequent visitor!
They never rang in my sandwich order (but took my money) and then tried to argue with me about it. The cashier mumbled at me and then the cook (who hadn't been present) came over and yelled AT me about how it was my fault. Took me thirty minutes to actually get my food. My friends had all finished their meals, and by then I was so angry that I wasn't hungry anymore. Not sure how they survive as a business. Do yourself a favor and go to the west side location. ����
when they don't want to work on the night shift will take the phone off the hook for 30 to 40 minutes until they close I haven't eaten here in probably about six months but this made my decision I won't be back

This was my first time here after hearing what a great place it was here well I'm very disappointed to say that I've been waiting for a sandwich I ordered at least 30 minutes ago. When I got to the front I get "its almost ready." That was 10min ago. I am never coming here again.
Not bad for people who like white bread. Somehow the company still doesn't offer wheat bread. Good place for a hot sandwich if that's what you're looking for, and it's easy to get in and out of quickly.
Good sub sandwiches. They are made to order. Not pre cut. Love the French fries too. Good service.
