Mike at Pen Station was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. His helpful attitude and great customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who takes the time to make customers feel valued, and Mike definitely did. I’ll absolutely be coming back – thanks for making my visit such a great one!

Best turkey sandwich of all time, fries insanely fresh. Superior to all other Penn Station locations. Amazing.
Everything was great! but it was quite warm in the dining area. I had heard the a/c had broken from someone else a few weeks back and it seems it is broken or barely working. For the employees sake please get it fixed soon.
This place is amazing and delicious. I recommend this place to everyone ☺️☺️ . This place is out of this world. The food is amazing and delicious the service is amazing. This place definitely my favorite place
