Another disappointment in food. Service was slow, and the store wasn't clean. They were out of multiple items. Fries were soggy and not fresh. They were pre cooked and redropped in the fryer. Order was wrong. Won't be back anytime soon.
I love Penn, but the slow service today was not it. We waited 40 minutes for our sandwiches and the people before us still havent gotten their food. I still dont have my fries. Its bad. I probably won't be back for a while.
