Food wasn't worth it
It’s a shame that Penns food is good, but this location is bad about timing. The last 3 orders Ive placed online, I have had to wait 15-20 mins for in-store. They have the order for 45 minutes before its supposed to pick up, but they havent even started until i get there… management needs to step up here. Mcalisters is next door and doesnt make me wait 20 mins for a preordered meal.
Our sandwiches were good but the cook, who was also the only guy in the place was in between cleaning and feeding a homeless lady's dogs. It wasn't something you usually see while dining in an establishment.. I was happy to see he made our food before the feeding the dogs...
Love this place! Food is FRESH everyone is so nice service is great, fast and affordable and be sure to ask for their monthly specials! We love their fries highly recommend
