We stopped by Penn Station and they had a line of people waiting. Kai was quick, kind, and kept a smile on his face the entire time. Even with how busy it was, he never seemed overwhelmed or frustrated and made sure everyone was taken care of. Excellent customer service and absolutely deserves to be recognized! Good job. 👍
I wish I could give ZERO stars. Why would you even give anyone these burnt fries, they aren’t even edible 😒🤬
They forget toppings our sandwiches 75% of the time. So just check your sandwiches before you leave!
I tried the cheesesteak and fries, got immediately sick from it and got food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE
