Terrible, they definitely hate anytime customers come in. They can’t even hide it! I just bought my last sandwich from this location. Sandwich was terribly made. All because it was two hours before closing. The Springdale location is night and day from this garbage establishment. Too bad I live here and have to leave to get a good sandwich

Let me tell you! I had to get some Penn Station before I left Cincinnati. Stopped in to this location, one I never knew existed, and this location made me forget about the one in my neighborhood down in Hyde Park! The service was absolutely amazing! Asked for veggies in my sub and let me tell you…they were there in every bite! Good cooked to perfection! Lemonade out of this world…and the service outstanding!!
