Sandwich was eh, coulda been better if whatever his name made the simple sandwich right! Ordered a turkey bacon ranch. 3 things! Skimped on the bacon. I’m from out of town and I’m staying at a hotel nearby for work and when I say over the past month, I’ve been in this location maybe four times and the service is amazing. I walked in today and the entire team knew my name that felt so personal when I say they’re selling guest service over customer service they truly are. Penn Station East Coast Subs used to be a reliable spot, but lately, it’s clear things have gone downhill. Closing out the cash register and counting it down an hour before closing, then telling customers they need exact change or have to place an online order while standing there, makes no sense. If the doors are still open, the business should still be operating normally. Customers should not have to work around that. Now, about the food.
