I went into store #151 at 1266 South Holland and Sylvania on 07/17/2026 , time 09:14pm, order number #119. I ordered a large veggie, and 2 Philly steak and cheese. The veggie being bought for someone that doesn't eat meat and haven't eaten meat since 1995. What I got was 3 Philly steak and cheese, 2 very poorly made. But I digress I guess because it was close to closing the customer doesn't get what they paid for, and the Customer is also served substandard food. Was greeted quickly and ordered fast. Food came out steaming hot but the lady behind me got her food before me and the atmosphere was pretty dirty
Closed over 30 minutes early, workers inside just started at me when I walked up to door
