Everyone working was friendly, kind, and clearly putting in the effort—they were moving fast and working hard to keep things running smoothly. The food was fresh and tasted great, and I really appreciated that the staff checked to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of service makes a big difference. Definitely a spot I’d come back
Staff didn’t use porter hand hygiene. Wore the same gloves while taking orders, obtaining payment, and during food prep. Staff appeared bothered by having customers in the store. Food quality was poor. This location has definitely went downhill recently.
I waited so long for my food the cashier forgot I ordered cookies ! While another employee was sitting in the kitchen dipping his fries in honey mustard!
