This is the slowest Penn station I have been too, they take forever with the food, they aren’t even paying attention to customers or food, employees just talk to each other.
Today I placed an online order and to my surprise, the store called me to inform me that I forgot a protein option-- I was pleasantly surprised as I felt like they went above and beyond. Most employees would have just made whatever came through on the ticket even if it didn't make sense but they actually went out of their way to make sure I received what I had intended to order. VERY impressed with the staff on this one 👏
