Don’t know what happened last night but my wife got extra meat for her sandwich for more protein and this is what we received. This does not justify $13 for a regular sandwich. Called and they are correcting the mistake but this is being put out there as it appears newer employees are onsite and may not be following the measurements. If I pay for extra meat, I should not see any bread. Please check your food before you leave as this is the worst experience I’ve had at this location.
Great service and food.
This location consistently delivers great food and amazing service. Last night they were knee deep in orders for the Bengals promo and all hands were on deck. Even during the chaos everyone was efficient and professional and served each customer with a smile. Very impressed with how they handled the pressure and made me feel appreciated for coming in. I visit often and always have great food and service. Thanks Penn Station team for making my experience amazing.
One star because I couldn’t judge something not open with 0 signage
