For fast food it was good the fries were great the quality of the sandwich was fantastic but for the money id expect more meat on it especially when the whole thing was almost $18 and I got little to no meat so I can't say that I will be back just not very good value.
First time customer, ordered delivery. Didn't get my full order. Didn't get my drinks. 2x 3.49. receipt said contact Penn Station.com but said it couldn't be found.
We had such a nice experience at Penn Station today. All of the employees were positive, sweet, efficient, and helpful. There was a genuinely positive vibe in the restaurant. One of the employees showed me how they slice the potatoes. I was very happy to see that they had a young man working who was differently abled. He did a fantastic job with our order! Food was very good, hot, plentiful and delicious. Would definitely come back.
