I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Penn Station. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and while eating it, I bit into a sharp object hidden inside. Unfortunately, it cut my tongue, which was both painful and alarming. Finding something sharp in food is a serious safety concern, and it should never happen in any restaurant.
