Worked all week now let me take care of my health business Saturday and Sunday. Oh wait my doctors office in Willow Street is closed . How convenient for them . Proof is in the pudding. These people do not go up over and beyond to help your needs ....... There closed
I have found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Farhara, the NP, and Melanie Falbout, MD have been caring, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend both of them. I have not had an opportunity yet to meet the other doctors there. I've been going to that office for 18 years.
This is quite possibly the worst doctors office ever. Every time I go here it’s a shitty experience. Every receptionist is miserable.
Worst appointment I have ever attended . The physician Mr. Clark completely disregarded my request to make a connection with a heart doctor and prescribed medicine which I clearly stated was not the route I wanted to go! He walked out of the mid appointment and handed over a script for something I DIDNT ASK FOR. Marsha was great do not recommend going here if you need actual help. First impression is everything and they clearly don’t get that. Walked away with less than what I started with.
