You are just a source of income. You can not get a bill after an appointment. Then the bill comes months later and they want paid right away.
I really waited for a while before i wrote this. I really don’t want to write this but i have to at this point. This medical facility is the worst office I’ve ever dealt with in my 40 years of life. They absolutely don’t care about your well being. My dr apparently quit and instead of telling the clients this they lied to me for over a month saying she’s on vacation. Was disappointed did not get the doctor I thought I had appointment with will need different doctor or go to different medical group just not satisfied with the doctor I seen
Do not go here. You’ll get testing sent to a third party lab for no reason and receive an expensive bill almost a year later. Conveniently, no one seems to know how to look anything up or use a phone to call you back. The best part is they aren’t a part of Penn State Health’s normal network, so PSH channels can’t help you either. Save yourself the headaches and money and go for a better practice.
Can’t get in to see my Dr., I called as soon as they opened at 8am. Sorry all slots that were open are full! Well how can that be it’s only 8:05! They never have any appts. Was told to use Limespring walk in. So why have a family Dr?!!
