I've used this doctors office for years but am searching for another. What is the point of an appointment if you arrive 15 minutes early as they request, to not even get back to the actual visit room 25 minutes AFTER the visit is scheduled? Basically have to prepare to be gone over an hour just for an appointment slot that routinely takes 10 minutes.

Spent 33 minutes on hold waiting change an appointment for my MIL. The recording said their were 5 callers ahead of me. Thinking I would only be on hold for maybe 10 minutes, so I waited. 6 of those minutes I was "the first caller in line" when they finally answered it to less than a minute for rescheduling. These are ridiculous hold times for any reason. I understand taking care of the people in the office before the phones. Dr Kimberly andres never sent out referrals she told me she was going too over a month ago.so its caused permanent damage to my knee. Our Last visit i was told there was nothing she could do for me and her hands were tied as far as caring for me as a patien experiencing lyme disease complications . Not to mention she laughed in my face when i told her i was having cognitive difficulties and said good luck finding someone to test for that. Very disappointed in penn state health

They do not help just send you home and gave wrong diagnoses your better off at an urgent care.

Went there to do an annual physical checkup and told the doctor I only wanted the checkup and nothing else. Yet, I was still billed both an office visit and an annual physical checkup. It's the second time it happened. Dishonest and does not respect patients' need.
