Very professional and caring staff. From the Registration staff when you first arrive, MOA and MA's + the Physicians and Nurses, scribes ...their all the best. Shout out to Palmyra Group!!
DR.Jess Hoffman is a saint. Our family is so blessed to have her as a physician. Highly recommend this facility and her. Update: Dr. Hoffman does not work here any longer. She is missed terribly:( We have Dr. Kate Keith. Very sweet, good care and sense of humor.
So tired of this place! Never have appointments available, and when they do (IF they do), then they call you, and cancel your appointment a couple of days or weeks before. EVERY time? How can a place work like this? Why bother? I've moved on to UPMC and it's like night and day. Never again.
Best experience establishing care in the area. Everyone throughout were the nicest with an emphasis on being kind. Dr. Ahrns is amazing. Thank you.
These people are the worst. So expensive with " hospital billing" even though they are not a hospital. They are always so backed up. Limited options around here unfortunately
