Was here with my friend. I was able to be with her in the exam room.... was very helpful, explained the situation and next steps, and answered several of my questions we were both pleased overall
My wife tried to have her blood test from her Doctor in Hershey Medical and was refused because she was not a patient there! I, in turn was not permitted to have anything done because I was not a patient from there! I live at Londonderry Village which is within walking distance of this facility associated with Penn State Hershey Medical Center, yet they tell me opposite of what your statement projects. This is NOT A FRIENDLY ENTITY OF HERSHEY PENN STATE MEDICAL PRACTICE!
Very professional and caring staff. From the Registration staff when you first arrive, MOA and MA's + the Physicians and Nurses, scribes ...their all the best. Shout out to Palmyra Group!!
DR.Jess Hoffman is a saint. Our family is so blessed to have her as a physician. Highly recommend this facility and her. Update: Dr. Hoffman does not work here any longer. She is missed terribly:( We have Dr. Kate Keith. Very sweet, good care and sense of humor.
So tired of this place! Never have appointments available, and when they do (IF they do), then they call you, and cancel your appointment a couple of days or weeks before. EVERY time? How can a place work like this? Why bother? I've moved on to UPMC and it's like night and day. Never again.
