I just reestablished coming back to this family practice since a bad experience with another dr.I now see Kari Fisher and she is a great dr.She is very knowiable,explains things I can understand,spends time with her patients,no rushing and includes you making your own decisions with her expertise.The front desk very friendly and helpful and pleasent to talk to.The nurses that helped with her were very good,pleasent and helpful.

I've had nothing but amazing experiences here. Dr. Phillips, the nurses, and the front office staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I often run out of refills and call in a panic to get my meds refilled in time before I run out and they always get it done for me. I live in York and still go to this office because of how incredible the staff is.

It’s always something at this office. My first two providers were fabulous a few years back. A new provider came on and that’s when everything started going downhill. This provider when starting failed to look over my medical records properly and accused me of being a drug addict because I have a medical marijuana card which is on my file. She soon left after that situation. The new provider started and was fine. She dismisses me from the practice because SHE cancelled two telehealth appointments for running behind.
