Cancelled appointment I've held for more than two months without my knowledge or consent, staff was completely unsympathetic and refused to fit me into schedule forcing me to take more time to get back to work, I suggest don't come to this place for care. They will screw you up too as they did it to other patients I heard
the front desk upon check in did not welcome us with a friendly greeting, the staff did not interacted with please and thank you. it took over an hour to be called in to come in to the room to see the doctor the front desk her name is PAULA was not attentive at all, did not listen carefully did not send do friendly send off, did not smile and "bitchy" and was not respectful at all to my relative whom I accompanied, her delivery of service was very poor, team members in front desk were not talking to each other, there was a y... read more
