The care we have received is excellent. Availability of appointments to be seen is not ideal. Furthermore, a scheduling receptionist should not be dictating that you need an appointment, or refusing the opportunity to speak with a nurse, which is what I experienced, twice, today. This experience is prompting me to evaluate my family's Healthcare needs, and where they may be better met, as far as accessibility to appointments, when needed, access nurse guidance without the descretion of a scheduling receptionist, and hopefull... read more
