It would be nice if they returned a phone call to schedule a sweat test.... I have left five voicemails since December 29th for my son to schedule a sweat test. Referrals and demographics were also faxed over multiple times from the gastroenterologist. No one has still contacted me back despite leaving multiple voicemails. When I do speak to a live person, they transfer me to the voicemail. Dr. Graff is simply amazing. He cared for two of my daughter's, and I knew they were in good hands. He's great with explaining procedures, and is extremely kind and patient.
