Dr. Baker was my original Dr here and he was so great!! Unfortunately, for me, he retired and I've been with a younger female Dr who has been really good so far. She listens to me and is understanding and patient. I recommend Dr. Ferrer to others here
I was told my insurance was accepted by them. I was assured my vaccine would be covered if I went to my pcp’s office. Then a few months later I was hit with a $150 bill for a flu vaccine that should have been free. I had both the billing department and my insurance on the phone at the same time and they were trying to tell me that insurance being accepted and in network are two different things when I had just been on the phone with the insurance provider who assured me accepted and in network were the same thing.
