I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible experience with this provider and their billing system. When I visited the doctor for a health issue and a vaccine, both the doctor and nurse assured me the vaccine was free (the vaccine is free at CVS). However, I was still charged for the vaccine in addition to the visit co-pay. The billing department was extremely rude and unprofessional.
