The drs are great, they take their time and listen to you. The problem I have is nobody answers when you call nor do they call back!
No one ever answers. Leave a message and no one ever calls you back.
Horrible experience.. was discriminated against for having hearing loss due to military service and told to return when I got hearing aids.. I did so within a matter of minutes, and upon return was given the worst “whisper” test I’ve ever experienced during a cdl physical.. I would not recommend going to a Penn state health for anything including a life saving emergency..
