Had varicose veins removed from my leg. I would not have followed through with this procedure, with this practice looking back. Wait time for surgery was average...as expected. The office rescheduled me several different times, and even rescheduled me back to the original times. Office not professional. For this surgery the multiple times I had to appear at the office were frustrating, timely, and costly--many times just to sign paperwork. Excellent care in the emergency department,but too long to be admitted in the room especially when the patient suffer diabetics and coronary conditions. Need to be improved.
