I had an appointment scheduled and they canceled it never notifying me that they did so. Then I scheduled a new appointment and they never sent me a reminder which I signed up for and have received in the past. So I call to try and schedule an appointment about 7 times leave a message every time and never receive a call back. The lab work I had down is now 4 months out dated and I will probably need new labs drawn because of it. Made an appt in Jan almost 4 months out with Ventezuelo. Was able to get in sooner over at Exeter but that appt was not great- was taken back late (second appt of the day!) and literally rushed out the door before I could go over everything and was left with the standard “generic labs”, referral for internal allergy, “see you in 6 months”. 1.5 months later I’m referred to the same local allergy office that doesn’t know how to treat me….
