I have been a patient for years, I was always please with my care until now. Excruciating pain since Tuesday morning. I was told to call the urologist, they couldn’t get me in until late April, called them back as they told me to. No return call. I went to the ER to be told that there wasn’t a blockage but could not tell me what was causing the pain. It wasn’t emergent so he couldn’t help me, gave be ibuprofen and sent me on my way. New patient to this practice. I had an office visit with Dr.Gable for a preventative visit. She was really nice, EXCEPT there was NO physical exam done although that is what I was there for. If you truly have a medical issue I would recommend Dr. Mandel he is in the same office ( My husband seen him for the 1st time and he is hands down the BEST). I will be scheduling all future visits with him.
Dr. Mandel doesn't want to diagnose me. I've already had neck fusion surgery. I don't go to the doctor unless I feel it's necessary. He wondered why I didn't come in sooner. I walk with pain and a slight limp, and am tired all of the time, and am depressed, but their xray of my knee and hip was inconclusive, so I must be making it all up. No need for an MRI or a blood test, just physical therapy and he now wants to send me out to pain management without knowing still what's supposed to actually be treated. Horrible experience. Zero bedside manner. Zero compassion. If you want to be seen and not heard and treated worse than ever go see the PA here. If this facility would like a detailed explanation feel free to call me. You have my number. And I’d be happy to try to help prevent this to another human being. Human being is a Huge part of what’s lost at that office and management should be concerned.
