The receptionists at this location are absolutely useless. I called 4 times from 8am to 10am trying to get an appointment and it always goes straight to voice-mail when I know for a fact that they're not busy. They just don't want to answer the phone. Nor make calls back. I was even in the empty parking lot and called as I walked in. The receptionists weren't doing anything. Can NEVER get ahold of anyone. My kids have been sick for 3 straight months. I leave messages, and get no calls back. I guess I’m Switching my kids doctors, I’ve been with you guys since my first was born.
Worst phone service ever. I’m trying to make an appointment for my premature baby and you guys never answer there phone
Its definitely 1000x better, cleaner, and friendlier than the downtown campus they moved from.. still some concerns with getting through to anyone or getting called back when I need something though.
