It’s so sad to see how the nurses, doctors and caregivers of this place are so rude and inconsiderate. The respond to your concerns as if it was a bother to them. I 100% DO NOT recommend this place.
They have taken such great care of me. I will co.e back if needed
i called due to an ectopic pregnancy and i just wanted to ask some important questions before i went into the ER, i got hung up multiple times in the middle of me talking. Then when i finally got my side out the nurse or whomever at the front desk said “oh my god that’s not even a big deal bye” and when i called again shocked she passed the phone to a male and he told me to stop calling for something that will deal with itself anyway..
My experience with my younger son at this hospital was ridiculous ! I will never come here again. Rooms were discusting and unsatery. Doctor took forever to get in the room even though we went to an urgent Care first ! They did not take very good care of us when we went there. I would not going there with a child with any special problems ! They are neglectful.
Worst car I have ever had. I went there with terrible flank pain, after laying in the hall way, I was told after a CT that there was no blockage. I asked what was causing the pain and was told that it is nothing emergent so he couldn’t tell me any more. Sent me home with ibuprofen that didn’t help. I’ve been in pain for 4 days. My family doctor (also a St Joes doctor) can’t see me for 4 more days told me to go to another ER for a second opinion. My ER copay is $500.
