Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a family doctor. He took the time to listen to my concerns and responded with sound, relevant advice and solutions. I could not be happier with my experience. The nurses and front desk personnel were helpful and polite. There was an issue with my insurance which they helped me figure out and I still made my appointment. I'd give more stars if it was possible.
I am sharing this experience to make others aware of a very serious issue. Three years ago, Dr. Medina noticed a dark spot on my girlfriend’s hand and performed a biopsy. Dr. Miller later reviewed the biopsy results and informed us that the lesion was benign. Recently, my girlfriend visited a different dermatologist for an unrelated cosmetic concern. I’m calling the office at 8:27 AM and getting “our office is currently closed” voice message that terminates call - but the practice is open since 8AM. I can’t understand, this office always has phone issues.
It’s 11:53 AM, tried calling.. office is closed. Why are they shutting off the phones 10 minutes ahead of time? Adjust your times to match website, this just looks and sounds like laziness.
I have had excellent care in the brief time that I've been there. Both of the certified registered nurse practitioners are excellent. Staff gets you in on time, helps you out and answers questions. No issues. Great care
