I concur with all the reviews stating that it is next to impossible to get a call back from this office. In the past several years I have only been able to leave messages on their answering machine. I am not certain why nothing has been addressed concerning this after so many complaints. The standard message for the past several years has been "we are currently receiving higher than normal call volumes". Sorry after 4-5 years of this message I find it not believable.
