Terrible service, I have a 4 month old baby and I had an appointment for her corresponding vaccines and because I arrived 8 minutes late the doctor cancelled the appointment, I told her that my daughter was congested and couldn't breathe and what she told me was to buy a pump to decongest her and if not to go to the emergency room, the health of babies should be a priority for every doctor, and I was the only one with an appointment at that time that she had to see me, she also wanted to set up the next appointment for more ... read more
Hey never picked the phone if you call them they couple times They are going to close the phone they will are not going to say anything. The doctors are excellent but the staff not good not everyone but yes it so sad because the doctors are really good.
The most horrible, rudest, ignorant women in the outpatient services I have ever encountered in a medical facility. I was there Monday between 10 and 11 a.m. (6/24/24). With communication skills they possess it is absolutely no wonder their waiting room was empty. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
Never returns phone messages. Not very clean and the staff needs more education. Wasn't happy with the last two visits....actually haven't been happy for a year. Go somewhere else if you're able to
