Have to call to follow up with the provider and never get to speak with them unless an appointment is scheduled. Don't receive calls back to clarify orders and questions, even after multiple days and attempts. Seems to be a trend at Penn State Health.
Doctor Basarahalli needs to be fired, you can not push a patient out for having an anxiety attack and apparently so called “yelling”. You don’t know what yelling is lady . This is not acceptable . I’m speaking on the behalf of a friend of mine . Absolutely insane . FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY!!!!
My NP and front desk were normal humans and very nice when I was there, however, it is concerning seeing how many of the same comments are said about the same doctor at this particular facility.
I wish I would have known this doctor office was right around the corner from us. I would have been coming here a long time ago. If you knew to the town and looking for a good doctor‘s office go here and see Jeremy, he’s such a cool doctor down to earth he listened to our concerns very well and went from there to trying to get our baby back healthy, I would recommend him to anybody looking for a good care provider.
