If I could give zero stars I would. Numerous times over the only one year I have been coming here, this office has cancelled within less than 12 hours of my appointment and often not even calling to notify me so I find out once I am trying to check in for my appointment. This wasn’t that annoying when I lived 5 minutes away, but now that I am almost an hour away, I will not allow it to continue. Phone number on the Doctor business card is not accurate, please fix that asap
My husband, son, and I all see Dr. Bari. She is the most thorough doctor I have ever experienced. I am stunned to see any negative reports - we all have had 100% positive experiences with her. She takes time to listen and always does testing to see if there could be an issue. She cares and sends messages through the portal extremely quickly. We all three adore her.
Have to call to follow up with the provider and never get to speak with them unless an appointment is scheduled. Don't receive calls back to clarify orders and questions, even after multiple days and attempts. Seems to be a trend at Penn State Health.
Doctor Basarahalli needs to be fired, you can not push a patient out for having an anxiety attack and apparently so called “yelling”. You don’t know what yelling is lady . This is not acceptable . I’m speaking on the behalf of a friend of mine . Absolutely insane . FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY!!!!
