My husbands hematologist wanted him to have a CBC prior to his appointment. The nurse at hematology told me that she sent the lab order over to the lab and that they could just pull it up. Well, when he got there, the girl at the lab said that he needed a lab slip. He told her that the doctor is in the St. Joe's network and that she should be able to pull up the order but she was to lazy to look up the order. So he left without having is blood drawn.
Very disappointed with this Urgent Care. Went for a Covid test. 4 people saw me asking for my symptoms and when my symptoms started. They proceeded with taking temp, blood pressure, etc, THEN tell me they cannot do a Covid test because I have to experience symptoms for 72 hours. Why couldn’t the first person tell me this and then I would have left? I guess now they can charge me for a visit….when I only went there for a Covid test.
