I just moved from out of state and I’ve been trying to get scheduled for an appointment and they keep telling me they can’t schedule me until they have my records from my previous OB, which have been sent twice in the last two weeks, and I’m nearly 36 weeks pregnant and need a repeat c section. Rachel the midwife is AMAZING, informative and Dr. Macdonald seems to have concern and care for all the patients. Scheduling could definitely improve a lot sometimes I don’t know what I’m going in for, and when I need to schedule at a different location, the Hershey office never knows what I’m coming in for so I end making double the amount of trips.
