Same thing every year, make my appointment early, take a PTO day off work, only to be canceled on last second. Not once, not twice, but every single time. Being a high risk that's supposed to be going twice a year, this facility only gets me in once every 15-18 months. Unfortunately have to switch due to poor service and risk of health due to constant cancellations.
😮💨😮💨 I've been a patient since 2000. 2000! More than half my life. Even when i should have left the practice I stayed because I've lived then so much. In July i had an appointment for an annual and to get the IUD. I had to call almost a month later , 3 calls later and got things moving only to be told by the specialty pharmacy that my meds will make the IUD ineffective (why the doctor wasn't aware I'm not sure). So they said they'd put in a call for the other IUD. It's been 2 months since my appt and I've yet to get my... read more
I’m very torn with this review. I love the office, and most staff members I have encountered since becoming a patient in 2022. And I absolutely love Dr.McClain as she has helped me through some of the toughest times back when I was pregnant in 2022 to now. I have recommended this office to countless pregnant women and women in general who are in need of an excellent gynecologist office, and do nothing but rave about my overall experience with this office as well as the main hospital itself.
