I went for my yearly physical (well visit) on November 6 and I could hear the desk people talking about my coverage. My insurance has rewards for wellness visits. The office coded my visit incorrectly so now I am not getting the reward. I would call the office but no one answers the phone or return calls.
I have been partaking in Physical Therapy at this location for at least 4 weeks now. My Clinician is Ceasar and he is just wonderful! He has helped me recover so much, spends extra time with me, accesses my needs efficiently, and is very friendly. I could not be happier with the level of care I am receiving. Thank you!
Sat and sat. Not only while people were being checked in but had to wait while another person was being trained. Then we go back for the blood work and she answers the phone in the middle of the blood test. So frustrating. We were there over an hour for two tubes of blood
